2.The raw egg is put up.
3.The soy sauce is dripped and mixed.

1 in every 250,000 eggs have salmonella, and if you happen to eat an infected egg, you are only at risk of getting sick if you have a bad immune ystem. Ask any doctor, they will tell you. Raw egg yolks are a great source of protein. Japanese people wouldnt eat "TAMAGO KAKE GOHAN" if it made them die, now would they?
