What is the preferred method or program to securely erase deleted files/data on a SSD on windows 8?

system32 deleted folder.

yeah delete all the files in system32 but keep the wow64 folder.

You can delete the folders/files and wipe the free space of your SSD(shouldn't take a long time on a SSD). For this I'm using CCleaner. It can override the free space up to 35 times.

So you think ccleaner is the best way?... I read somewhere that "TRIM and garbage collection will take care of everything automatically" for ssd... I don't know I was just looking for some advice from any of you who may have had success with this.
