I purchased a new computer from Newegg, but they sent me a refurbished one. I've tried contacting customer service, but after wasting hours of my time, they told me that all they could do was let me return it, but I'd have to pay a $30 restocking fee and if they gave me a full refund, it wouldn't be for 3+ weeks (they inspect the return before deciding to refund money). I'd really like to get in touch with someone in the corporate offices... any suggestions? email addresses would be greatly appreciated.
