How fucked am i?

I know a guy who can break into servers. I set him to get me a few things off my school server:

1. My psych profile and my personal curriculum (I'm mildly re-re DURP)
2. The same things for my girlfriend
3. The employment records, disciplinary records, etc. for a therapist well known to be a pedophile but never confronted.
4. Info about two girls who had above therapist and complained and were subsequently expelled on false drug charges.
5. Contact info for all the staff at the school.
6. IPs for important computers on the network.

He says he won't get caught. If he does, and hetells everyone it was me, how fucked am i? Suspension, expulsion, jail? Should I be scouting for a lawyer? Thanks.
