outlook 2003 custom forwarding rule

hey guys I need your with an easy task that is eluding me... I need to create a custom forwarding rule triggered by an received email that forward said email replacing all it's forwarding info (as in leaving the msg field blank) and replacing it with a custom text.
I was looking around in visual basic and scripting but I am lost in that field.
