VMWare help

I need help. I was being retarded and deleted the __vmware_user__ account from the User Accounts menu.
Now my computer starts up really slow, and it prompts me for the password for the __vmware_user__ even thought I have already deleted that account.
I've already uninstalled VMWare Player but this problem still persists.
What do?
