How can I mess with him?

find out his email and send him a virus

first, you must learn C

then, you shall code yourself a Remote Administration Utility that will grant you filesystem access + ability to view the host's remote screen + keyboard input

then you shall debug this utility, and compile a final build of it customized for your target

you will then need to learn x86 assembly and some entry level encryption, and obfuscate your final executable.

you can then customize the icon to look as legitimate as possible, and optionally bind another executable on top of it to make it more convincing

from here, you must learn elementary social engineering tactics to persuade your target to open your file on their every day home computer/laptop

after this, enjoy.

The 1st and the 2nd task would take about 1-2 years let alone learning assembly + social engineering :D
