Saving an entire website for offline browsing

I bought a "subscription" to the online repair manual for my motorcycle on Cyclepedia.com and my year is about to be up so I'm wondering how difficult it would be to save the entire manual to my computer.  I've tried half a dozen programs claiming to be able to do exactly that but they all seem to fail and I think it may have something to do with me having to log in to view the site.  Either that or it's because the site doesn't use standard links to go between the pages, there's a toolbar on the side complete with an index and search functions.  Any help or advice is appreciated :)
