Office 2003 with 2002 toolbars & menus

Back in 2005 or 2006, I found a site that had instructions on how to get MS Office 2003 to use Office 2002/XP's visual scheme (i.e. flat color toolbars instead of gradients)

I recently reformatted my laptop, and after reinstalling Office 2003, and remembered why I changed the UI style in the first place. However, I can't find the instructions, or remember anything of them beyond it involving Office 2002, and editing some file somewhere to change where Office 2003 loaded its UI graphics from.
