Can't Torrent

I can't get ANY torrents to work at all from TPB, Demonoid, OR Isohunt. I get (0) seeds and (0) peers, then the little arrow turns red, pretty much nothing comes up under the "Trackers" tab and it's all pissing me off.

What do? How do I make it work again? For the love of god I need my torrents.

Make sure your ports are forwarded and not blocked by any applications.
