how can i stop it from doing this

when i move a file or delete it, my bloody folder window randomly scrolls somewhere randomly in the same folder.
it's annoying.
has it got to do with the way i organized the view of my folder?

I know that one, DON'T USE WINDOWS!!!! Not mac for that matter, it's even worse.
