IRC channel to frequent

I am looking for an IRC channel to frequent.

What I want, is one that contains:
1) Smart people ("interesting discussions")
2) People who visit 4chan
2a) Won't spout memes like idiots, only sometimes
2b) No circlejerks.
3) Ops only use their power to take care of spammers, no abusive ops.

Does any such channel exist?

Not really going to find such since most who visit "4chan" stick to /b/ and the imageboards and spout memes, petty tripcode and board related drama, and other related asshattery.

The official 4chan IRC channel is sort of like that, but we also sometimes get idiots from /b/ and other boards. It would probably be better if there were a separate channel dedicated to things like bans, site bugs and issues, etc.
