Need help with graphics card.

I'm trying to install a Visiontek Radeon 7k series card. I put the card in. I have the drivers, but it says that I don't have the hardware for the drivers, so it won't let me install them. It's like my comp won't recognize the card.

I don't have a disk, so I went to Add Hardware. It wouldn't detect it, but I managed to go through there and find two different ATI Technologies things. One is Rage Pro and a bunch of files, and the other is Rage 128 and a lot more files. I've managed to install Rage Pro, but when I go to install the other one, it says that ati2mpaa.sys is needed. I have no idea what this file is or where I would find it.

Anyway, long story short, I'm completely lost and don't know much about computers, any help would be appreciated.

Update: I found the ati2mpaa.sys file and another file it needed, managed to add both of the ATI technologies, but none of them will start, and nothing's changed. I still can't run anything.

Yes, I have the right drivers. And I've had .NET framework for sometime now anyway.
