I say "we have a 250 gigabyte per month bandwidth cap"
He replies "that's not what bandwidth is"
"Yes it is"
"No it's not. Bandwidth is like the size of the pipe, it's how much data can get through at once"
"Yeah, and we can get 250GB per month"
"No it doesn't work like that"
"Yes it does. Think about how you measure bandwidth. Unit of data / unit of time. Normally kb/s or mb/s. We're just moving it up to gb / month"

I literally had to explain it to him over and over and over and over again for like sixty minutes.
