Sup,
Having some trouble with what I thought was my DNS cache, then found that the distro of linux I'm using doesn't have a DNS cache enabled.
Webpages load really slow for me now initially. A website like craigslist for example will take 15-20 seconds to load, but once it has I can browse that particular website just fine. Following links pages load in about 1 second like normal. A speed test has reported that my download and upload is 10mb and 1mb respectively, and I have reset my modem and router to no avail.
Can anyone help? It is Ubuntu linux and I am using the Firefox web browser. I have flushed Firefoxes cache as well.
