Possibly fucked hosts file?

Google is all fucked to hell and back. It causes my firefox to crash whenever I try to use any links from within it or I try to search for certain strings. My hosts file is clean, and there aren't any other strange processes running in the background. What the fuck is wrong with my comp?  I recently cleaned out some Ymx and iexplarer shit from my system, and have also reinstated my access to the registry and my folder options, but I have no idea what could be wrong with my firefox/google.
