Win7 upgrade version

I need some advice so i turned to the best, which of coure are you guys

Lets say I have 3 computers

pc1 running vista with genuine key AAAAA-AAAAA-AAAAA-AAAAA-AAAAA
pc2 running XP with genuine key BBBBB-BBBBB-BBBBB-BBBBB-BBBBB
and pc3 running, uh, a free OS.

and then I got myself a legit windows 7 upgrade version

Now, I know I can upgrade the OS on either computer 1 or 2 (with a clean install in the latter).

Suppose I do upgrade pc1, which is now running windows 7

Now if I install Win Vista with my AAAAA-AAAAA-AAAAA-AAAAA-AAAAA serial key on pc3, will it be considered genuine/legit, i.e., will it run microsoft/windows updates, etc.?

it should, best way to find out is to try it, if not, you can always reinstall your free OS right?

Delete System 32?
