verizon blocking 4chan?

i haven't been able to resolve boards.* for like three days now. according to the status page everything else works, but boards.* always times out. no other site does this.

Anyone else contact Verizon, and/or find a workaround?

I don't want to hunt for decent proxies all the time; this might force me to finally use a tunnel / proxie. What are some good paid proxies networks/websites?
