Block script

Could someone write me a script that prevents this site :

being loaded in a popup window?

try adblock plus firefox extention http://adblockplus.org/en/
think i will get it automaticly.. but if you are out of luck try adding it to the ignor list for adblock.

then there is the host file, (if you are on windows) just ping there site you get the ip and edit the host file.
