Atlas v14 trial problem

tried installing atlas v14 trial today, but because i had it installed some time ago, the installer wont run

tried to delete all atlas related keys in windows registry, but could not find the right one (it probably has some weird name, so i cant fint it)

anyone knows which key does atlas use for this 30-days countdown thingy, or is there any other way to enable this trial besides reinstalling OS?
