Disk Cleanup won't run, task manager is disbled/hijacked, I can't format it, error checking won't run, defragmentation won't run, I have no restore points, unlocker, ccleaner, and malwarebytes don't work right, and to top it off, I have a new virus (total security 2009). I don't know what to do anymore... please help me /comp/!!! I will make it worth your efforts! I am willing to do anything.!

rename it to something else like iexplore.exe, whatever.
Kill the process tsc.exe (right click on it and select kill)
you can run your antispyware stuff now and remove total security 2009

1) download and run HijackThis ( http://free.antivirus.com/hijackthis/ )
2) do a system scan and save a logfile
3) post logfile here
4) await instructions
5) decide whether you trust these instructions
6) if YES, follow said instructions. if NO, return to step 4.

use a live cd to recover important data
then nothing should keep you from formatting/killing everything
reinstall your system and have a happy clean system again
even if you detect a virus that fuxx with your system atm and successfully remove it, realize that it is quite likely you may have one more thats FUD, which would mean you're still fucked

FUCK your system, your comupter has Fucked its self and even if you get rid of all these viruses you will still still have a horrible cluttered slow pc.
Just re-install the os clean.
if your on windows I recommend going into safe mode and trying to back up your data, if that doesn't work you can try safe mode with cmd.
