It was kind of hard to understand your post...but I think I got it. Have you configured your monitor setup from your computer? What OS and graphics card are you using?

Last I checked, there wasn't an "e" in monitor.  Ok, I'm done being a grammar nazi now.

Anyway, if you plan on using the TV as a regular monitor, try changing the resolution settings to a very low one such as 640x480.  After doing that, connect the TV to the computer and change the resolution from there.  Depending on the size of the TV and wether it is HD or not, you may or may not have a TV that can be used as a monitor.  If it is HD, then you most likely had the refresh rate set too high or Windows set it too high by itself.  You may want to try doing a dual display at first just so you can get all the bugs ironed out then drop back down to one monitor.

I had the same problem! I have an nivada card, I just messed around in the settings place under Display and there was an option in there to set it all up!

The problem is that you are too fucking stupid to use a computer. Throw your computer away.
