Setup issues.

So I downloaded ISO's for all four discs of Imperium Galactica II last night, a game from 2000 I really fancy playing again. I've extracted them all but my problem is that Setup.exe isn't doing anything. It shows up in processes but there's nothing actually going on. Any help?

First, Do not use the Solarian, Kra'Hen, or whatever that other race is disc, the other disc is an install disc.
When you put the iso into daemon tools, a menu should autorun with install on it, try running in compatibility mode for NT, and if that doesn't work, go 1 option before NT.

Also, I'm only going to continue helping you if you promise to play me multiplayer, this game's multiplayer is orgasmic, but no1 still plays the game.
