I've been trying to connect to the internet through Netzero, but everytime I try I get an Error 16 software has been corrupted.
Spybot and a Malware scanner I have found nothing wrong.
I went and got a new software disk, deleted Netzero from my computer and tried again with the new software, but i got the same error message.
So I got onto a friends computer and got in touch with Netzero and told them this and they don't know what the problem is but it sounds like it's on my end of the line and they can't do anything. I think they're right.
So what could the problem be? BTW my OS is XP and I'm stuck using my friends PC and it has Vista...I HATE VISTA!!!
