so, seriously, i heard there are several ways to reaquire files you have deleted from your trash can on your computer. what ways are there? easiest ones, programs to use etc.
what you heard is true. a file is never really deleted, its basically just flagged as such, so it wont be visible anymore. sort of. it will be overwritten when you put additional files on the disk in question, though.
and yes, google. there are an infinite number of programs for this purpose.
my personal favourite comes with tuneup utilities. its the only piece of software ive ever actually paid for.
