stdole.tlb

I'm trying to install InstallShield on some shit tank used dell my mum got my sister for christmas off of craigslist, but I keep getting some error about ikernel.exe missing. I've consulted google and I get this website http://support.microsoft.com/kb/810608. I'm not sure what it means where it says "filename of the file you want to expand." Am I supposed to enter stdole.tlb here or something else? Thanks.

Let me explain things better. I've installed InstallShield. My ultimate goal is to install drivers for it's mother board.

- http://www.dell.com and get all the drivers
- install them
- and stay away from computers in the future
