Image Organizing/Tagging Software.

Anyone know of any good software to organize an image collection?
something that i could make a bunch of tags for, then asign tags to images for easy searching? for example i could have tags saying beach, family, vacation. and then be able to assign all 3 tags to and image from our family vacation. then display all images with whatever tag i want to see at any givin moment. so i could see all my work photos by clicking work, or all my vacation photos by click vacation.

It's called explorer.exe (or whatever your filemanager is) and right-click, select RENAME function.
