GParted is a good free and open source program for this
purpose. (
http://gparted.sourceforge.net/) over there you can
download the ISO (Image file) to burn to a CD.
I would look over
CAREFULLY at everything on that web
site. Disk partitioning is
SERIOUS FUCKING BUSINESS if you mess up you can potentially fuck up
your computer bad.
Alternatively, you can buy a hard drive that has more capacity.
If you don't mind shelling out money for one, that is. Hard
drives are not really expensive though.
