bios password toshiba satellite a200

there is notebook that I want to get in to when nobody sees
I have sometimes occasion to work on it (vista)
is there any program that can generate bios password (or checksum password)
long time ago there was few programs that was making possible to get those passwords from windows level

PS I want find bypass password from windows vista level not password reset
every article I found on web was fucking old
