Tell me a good web hosting site for less than $10/month

I have googled it, and i got so many results, but i want a good one.

I use 1&1 (1and1.com)

It's great - plenty of space and bandwidth for a personal site.  It costs $4 or $5 a month... I don't really know since it's such a low cost that I can ignore it.

I used to use GoDaddy for hosting and had my domain registered with 1&1, but I switched to 1&1 because it was cheaper.  And now, 1&1 includes the domain registration with your hosting.
