Just assembled a new desktop, budget pc, but thats not the issue.
Assembled everything put it in place, turn it on, pc boots up, but doesnt boot up into the bios yet, monitor stays blank and everything just shuts down after about 8 seconds or so, after that it boots back up for another couple of seconds, then shuts off again, and repeats. Thought it was a power supply issue but I replaced the one I bought with the one from my old desktop and same thing happened. Any ideas?
