Features of WIndows that are bad

List one feature, aspect, or thing that you think is bad about the design of Windows itself (rather than the performance or design of supporting applications).  Also state why.  Try not to list something someone else has already listed.

No OS wars, please.  Do not mention any other operating systems.

I'll begin with an easy one.

Http.sys - Because kernel-mode HTTP servers are just kooky.

When you want to copy over files to a backup folder, and it asks if you want to replace the same file when it finds a duplicate, there should be a "No to all" button for that, or a "replace only if different" button.
