External HD

I RMA'd a drive and decided to just convert it over for an External drive. So I bought my enclosure and today got the drive back. I've got it all together and shit and I can't find the drive in disk management or in My Computer, but it detects in Device Manager. It's completely unformatted and I've tried it with the pins set in the factory default, absent, and in master setting.

The drive is a WD Caviar 500 gig drive and the enclosure is some Bytecc thing.

Anyone have any ideas about what to do?

Mount it.

try installing it directly into the computer just to see if it works

I put it directly into the computer and ran it through disk management. It seems to be formatting now. Thanks guys.

try deleting your system32 folder
