How do I maked career thread?

ITT career advice. In a year I'll be freshly graduated from a fourth-tier university with a Computer Science degree, no formal experience, and a "B" average. I'm thinking I want to be a DBA or a database developer. What are my chances of finding a job right off the bat? Am I doomed to epic fail? Halp.
Also, moving = good? I live in Dayton, Ohio a.k.a. Failtown, USA.
