Spam/Virus filtering mailproxy

i was just wondering how you guys have solved this issue in the past

so far i've only used sendmail, clamav and spamassassin

but i was planning on using qmail with clamav/clamsmtp and SA now to try some new shit

how do you guys setup a mailproxy for filtering virus and spam?

Filtering viruses isn't the responsibility of a mail server and anyone who tells you otherwise should be drowned slowly.
