Is my PC fucked?

My PC stopped working overngiht all of a sudden, I left it on while sleeping because I was torrenting, and when I got up next day the PC was still running, but the monitor was black and did not get any signal. So I turned my PC off and on again but now the screen stays black and the CPU does not POST-beep like it should. What the fuck happened? Any ideas?

If you feel comfortable doing so, i would recommend opening up the computer and re-seating all the extra cards and the memory.  It's likely that one of them came loose from the vibrations of the computer, and is shorting out a bit. If that doesn't work then yah something's gone bad
