QEMU Under Vista

Allright, I'm trying to run QEMU inder windows Vista, and it keeps crashing becasue of vista's FAIL.
So, here are my arguments
qemu.exe -L . -m 256 -boot d -cdrom osx.iso -hda tiger.img -soundhw all -localtime -M pc

Any idea why this doesn't work? It worked under XP, only with less RAM.

So you are saying that DX10 is already obsolete? What about future updates for it, did I waste my money getting Vista Business 64 bit?
