Music players with game overlay

Do any exist? Perhaps a Winamp plug-in? My searching has thus far has proved fruitless.

Game Overlay? What does that mean?

I suppose that was poorly worded. Something that you can see in-game like the Steam control panel dealy. I download a lot of music at once and usually only listen to it when I'm playing a game, so I only know the title of the track I'm listening to about 30% of the time.
