subfolder creation on mass selection

K here's the deal: I'm working data entry, sorting out, among other things, game screenshots and press material. I need to sort them by game and platform, creating new folders and whatnot.

I need to be able to select a whole bunch of folders and simultaneously create one or more sub-folders within all of them at once. This would increase my productivity by about 50%. Does anyone know of a Vista-compatible program that can do this? The person that helps me will one 1 hundred billion internets. Google has failed me.
