WANT TO FAGGOTIZE A COMPUTER

I want to play a joke on a friend.  I want to change as many system settings as possible to those that force any blob of living matter to question my friend's masculinity.  I need ideas.

It's Windows XP.
I want to go beyond just visual elements, but also install programs and change as many Windows settings as possible.  I also want to physically modify the case and peripherals.
