CPU problem

Hey guys, i have this problem.
whenever i turn on my computer all it does is just nonstop beeping and the CPU lights is bright and nothing shows up in the monitor. what do you think is the cause of this?

Step 1: Find out what BIOS your motherboard has
Step 2: Look up beep codes for said BIOS
