Registry Cleaner

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone could suggest a nice (and free) registry fix/cleaner program.

Lately, I have been have problems with lockups and with Dr Watson postmortem debugger.

I feel a good registry fix/cleaner program will benefit my pc the most but cannot find one.
