For some reason my torrents work only at night. During the day the download speed drop almost to zero. The ISP techsupport guy couldn't make heads or tails out of this problem and transferred me to their admin, who told me I have a whole fucking bunch of incoming connections. I checked and my connection's status does show an insane number of incoming packages - around 10 times the number of outgoing ones. And they just keep coming, sometimes at a rate of 40000 packages in one second. Ad-ware and virus scans show nothing - how the hell do I get rid of this shit?
