VMware Question.

Hey, I downloaded VMware Player on windows xp. I then downloaded this Fedora 8 Image for it -> http://www.vmware.com/appliances/directory/1104

When I go into the player to choice a virtual machine, it doesn't show the Fedora image anywhere, even though it's right on my desktop!

Hey OP, what is the extension of the file you downloaded?  You'll probably have to unpack it.

Didn't read the text in the link but is the download an already predone machine?
Just create your own machine and install fedora manually.
