What are those called?

I mean those things you put on the ends of cables to fit them in connectors -- specifically the ones used for computer fan connectors, which have detachable cables.

Anyone know?  I'm trying to use a PSU fan for a case fan, or something, but I don't really want to wire things directly, I'd like the extra protection the connector adds.
