hardware interrupts

With Process Explorer due Task Manager sucks!

mm... IDK What More...

I have no virus, spyware, trojan, etc... fixed it most possible...

anyone can help me?

What is your problem? The high CPU usage? Find the process that's responsible and kill it. If that doesn't help, reinstall Windows.
