Slow download speeds.

Lately, my Torrent and Limewire DL speeds are crippled, anyone have an idea why?  Even with 26 Seeds, most of my downloads won't go past 15 KB.

Sounds like a problem with your ISP, either slowing down file sharing traffic or more likely going over your download limit. Either that or a virus or something.

A lot of ISPs are quietly throttling what they think is p2p traffic nowadays. Call yours and find out if they're doing it as well.
And if they are, get a different one.
