Ive been motherboard shopping for what will be my e8400 based pc.
The motherboard I originally had in mind was:

However, this motherboard caught my eye:

The foxconn motherboard is nearly twice as much, but it looks like it would be much better for longterm use and over clocking. Is it worth getting over the GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3L despite the extra cost?
