Blaster worm

Quick, before my computer restarts again. I've been infected with the worm Blaster. Any suugestions? Norton has been desactivated and nothing works well. I've seen programs which let you erase one variation of Blaster, but I don't know which one I have.

Any help will be apreciated. I've already lurked lots of google results.
