Drop-down Menu in Web Pages

hey /comp, i'm looking for a decent program for making those drop-down menus in web pages, but i do not no wtf they r called. am i boned, or just an idiot when it comes to searching for something other than my dick?

theres one built into the latest version of dreamweaver if your really that fucking lazy but otherwise you wanna just find a script that lets you change the menus, google: html dropdown menus
